🎯 Role Purpose

The Business Advisor is responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new customers after service confirmation. The role focuses on customer communication, documentation coordination, and process guidance to ensure timely and accurate service initiation.

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads
