Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Customer Data Management

● Maintain a complete and accurate lead database across all sources

● Track and maintain converted customers database with proper tagging

● Ensure data hygiene: deduplication, validation, and regular audits

● Maintain lead lifecycle stages (new, contacted, qualified, converted, lost)

CRM & Database Ownership

● Own CRM data structure, fields, tagging, and reporting

● Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams to ensure correct data entry

● Create SOPs for lead and customer data handling

Lead Behaviour & Analytics Support

● Analyze lead behaviour across channels and funnels

● Identify patterns in:

○ Lead quality

○ Drop-offs

○ Conversion timelines

○ Repeat and referral clients

● Share actionable insights with the marketing team to improve campaigns

Marketing Analytics Support

● Support marketing team in understanding:

○ Source-wise lead performance

○ Campaign-wise conversion rates

○ Cost vs quality of leads

● Help optimize targeting, messaging, and channel allocation

Revenue Attribution Analysis

● Track revenue attribution across:

○ Marketing channels

○ Campaigns

○ Lead sources

● Build reports explaining which channels and campaigns drive actual revenue

● Support management with monthly and quarterly revenue attribution reports

Reporting & Dashboards

● Create and maintain dashboards for:

○ Leads generated vs converted

○ Revenue by source

○ Funnel performance

● Automate regular reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
