Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative business solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that articulate the vision and the steps necessary to achieve it, ensuring that all proposed solutions are viable and beneficial to the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Experience in business process modeling and improvement methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
