Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative business solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that articulate the vision and the steps necessary to achieve it, ensuring that all proposed solutions are viable and beneficial to the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based in Chennai.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
