Business Data Analyst 

•  Reviewing customer records that need updates or corrective action in order for the record to be linked correctly from ANMF to BDP. This involves interrogating the cyclic file which is used as the mapping between the two systems.

•  Several error codes are presented to the BDP team, and each require different resolutions.

•  This role will be responsible for ensuring cases on a PowerBI dashboard is updated and cases are investigated and fixed. This will include:

•  Checking different data sources and source systems ANMF, BDP and Cyclic file.

•  Data submissions to IT for processing updates

•  Computer literate – proficient in using Microsoft office suite

•  Excellent attention to detail, handling large data sets and reviewing/picking out data issues/anomalies

•  Experience using SQL or coding

•  Experience executing and managing controls and control dashboards
