Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding MCV’s customer base and driving business growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute effective campaigns.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
• 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (fluency in Tamil or other regional languages is a plus).
• Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 to ₹75,000 per month.
• Average Monthly Incentives: ₹50,000.
• Total Earning Potential: ₹45,000 to ₹1,25,000 per month.
