Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, meeting potential customers, explaining project details, and converting prospects into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Associate – Roles & Responsibilities 

1.Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

2.Call potential customers and explain project and layout details.

3.Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.

4.Meet customers and present project details, pricing, and benefits.

5.Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into sales.

6.Maintain customer records and update lead status in the system.

7.Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall sales growth.

Required Skills:

1.Strong sales and convincing ability

2.Ability to explain real estate projects clearly to customers

3.Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualification:

1.Any Graduate / Diploma

2.Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

3.Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

20000 + incentives
