Job Description
We are looking for a Student Admission Counselor to interact with students and parents, explain CAT, MBA, and related entrance exam preparation programs, and guide students through the admission process. The role involves handling enquiries through calls and walk-ins, understanding student requirements, providing appropriate guidance, and doing regular follow-ups with prospective students. The counselor will be responsible for student enrollments, revenue generation, and achieving admission targets in an ethical and student-focused manner. Maintaining student data, coordinating with the academic team, and supporting day-to-day counseling activities are also part of the role. Complete training will be provided on CAT, MBA, and all programs, so prior domain knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
