Business Development Executive (BB Mandi)

Job Description: 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand market presence in the fruits and vegetables (F\&V) sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships (retailers, wholesalers, modern trade, HORECA, aggregators), and ensuring smooth execution of supply to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new customers including retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets.
  • Explore new market segments and create growth strategies.
