Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, developing proposals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company products/services.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and contracts.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning and customer engagement.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and forecasts.
