Visvasa Logistics and Industrial Parks is an emerging real estate company that focuses on developing, leasing and scaling Grade-A warehouses warehouse across

industrial corridors. The company is establishing a network of Leasing operations in high-growth Industrial markets.

Role: Sales / Business Development Executive – Chennai

We are seeking a motivated Sales / Business Development person to support our on-ground warehouse operations across Chennai. This role will involve.

Sales, Lead Sourcing & Engagement:

Proactively identify and engage with potential tenants to source warm, qualified leads. Share initial project information, assess interest levels, and

pass qualified leads to the leasing team.

Warehouse Inventory collection and management:

Conduct daily field visits across industrial zones and logistics corridors in Chennai. Identify vacant and occupied warehouse properties and collect,

document, and maintain detailed information on available warehouse inventory

Client Site visit Coordination:

Coordinate and manage on-ground logistics during client warehouse site visits in Chennai. Ensure seamless facilitation by liaising with internal teams,

vendors, and clients to deliver a professional and efficient site experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate or Diploma with 1–3 years preferred

Strong communication skills in English and Tamil

Knowledge of Chennai’s industrial geography is an added advantage

Has a two-wheeler with valid Driving License and willing to travel extensively
