Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the market.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs specific to the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, through regular communication and meetings.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to the audience.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts, ensuring client retention and expansion of business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Translate marketing and sales materials into the language, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0 – 3 Years
- Exceptional communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
