Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the market.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs specific to the  region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, through regular communication and meetings.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to the audience.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts, ensuring client retention and expansion of business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Translate marketing and sales materials into the  language, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 0 – 3 Years
  • Exceptional communication skills in Telugu and English.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
