Cold Calling & Lead Engagement

• Make outbound calls to potential UAE clients in SMEs, Enterprises, and Startups.
• Identify decision-makers and pitch IT solutions
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budgets, and purchase intent.

✅ Email & LinkedIn Outreach

• Send emails and LinkedIn messages to potential clients.
• Follow up with warm leads through scheduled callbacks and email sequences.
• Handle objections professionally and provide relevant product/service information.

✅ Lead Handover & CRM Management

• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and pass them to the Dubai sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with lead status, call notes, and next steps.
• Collaborate with the data mining team to refine lead targeting strategies.

🔹 Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing (B2B preferred).
• Industry: Experience in IT solutions, SaaS, or enterprise sales is a plus.
• Sales Skills: Strong ability to handle objections, persuade, and qualify prospects.
• Communication Skills: Fluent English (basic Arabic is a plus) with strong verbal skills.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools, VoIP calling systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working with weekly/monthly sales targets.

Knowledge of Arabic language is considered as preferred Skill.
