Business Development Executive (BDE)

This is a public-facing role involving on-location engagement, , where you will meet and interact with people in various settings, share impactful stories, and inspire individuals to support causes that create real change.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Communicate our mission, values, and impact clearly to potential supporters

✔ Inspire people to contribute financially and be part of creating positive change

✔ Build meaningful connections and maintain professional relationships with potential donors

✔ Maintain accurate records of donor information and engagement activity

✔ Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge and outreach skills

✔ Use proven engagement techniques and organisation-provided training to maximise supporter participation

✔ Achieve individual and team targets consistently

Education & Eligibility

Candidates with a background in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or related fields are preferred. However, any graduate with strong communication skills and a passion for a social cause is welcome to apply — freshers encouraged.
