We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving monthly sales target and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential business opportunities by researching industry trends and market developments.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct presentations and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the company's products and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and materials.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in business development sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
