Designation: Business Development Executive – Gold Loan / Home Loan / LAP
Job Description:
We are hiring Business Development Executives to drive business growth for Gold Loan, Home Loan, Affordable Mortgage Loan, and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role focuses on acquiring new customers, developing referral channels, coordinating loan processing, and closing deals to meet monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new loan business through field activities, referrals, and local networking
• Promote and sell Gold Loan, Home Loan, Affordable Mortgage & LAP products
• Identify potential customers and build long-term relationships
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Collect and verify customer documents
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing
• Ensure timely loan disbursement and achievement of assigned targets
Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in BFSI / Loan Sales / Business Development
• Age: 21 to 32 years
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
