Job Description

Job Description: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our technology and startup support services to founders and entrepreneurs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new founders, startups, and entrepreneurs
  • Explain company services related to tech support, digital solutions, and business setup
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Schedule meetings for product/service discussions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and client onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain client data and follow-ups in the CRM


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or the startup ecosystem
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of startups, founders, and entrepreneurial needs
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Hindi is mandatory


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling tech, SaaS, or digital services
  • Familiarity with startup accelerators, incubators, or founder communities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
