We are looking for high-energy, result-driven Business Development (Inside Sales) Specialists to convert qualified leads into customers for our healthcare, wellness, and healthcation programs. This is a target-driven role focused on phone-based selling, strong follow-ups, and consistent closures.


Position: Business Development (Inside Sales) Specialist

Location: Chennai (T-Nagar)

Work from Office: 9 AM – 6 PM, 6 days

Experience: 1 - 5 Years in Inside Sales or Business development



Key Responsibilities

•      Convert inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.

•      Pitch AIWO’s wellness programs, health plans, and solutions with clarity and confidence.

•      Understand customer needs and recommend the right AIWO solution using consultative selling.

•      Drive end-to-end closures within defined TATs.

•      Achieve daily call targets, conversion ratios, and monthly revenue goals.

•      Handle objections, negotiations, and follow-ups to reduce lead drop-offs.

•      Maintain accurate lead tracking, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems.

•      Coordinate with operations and customer experience teams for smooth onboarding.

•      Participate actively in sales training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or business development
  • Preferred Experience – telesales/ consumer sales / healthcare / edtech / insurance / BFSI / Saas
  • Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Hunger for performance incentives and fast career growth.


Education

•      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

•      MBA or sales certifications are an added advantage.
