Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsible for driving sales growth, promoting CCTV and surveillance solutions, and designing customized security systems based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in CCTV and security solutions

Promote company products (IP cameras, NVRs, VMS, AI solutions) to clients and partners

Understand customer requirements and design suitable surveillance solutions

Prepare proposals, BOQs, and technical presentations

Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, distributors, and end customers

Achieve sales targets and support project closures

Coordinate with technical and support teams for solution deployment

Required Skills:

Knowledge of CCTV systems (IP/Analog, NVR, VMS, networking basics)

Basic understanding of AI-based surveillance (ANPR, VCA, analytics)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to design solutions based on site requirements

Sales and negotiation skills

Experience or freshers can apply

2–5 years in CCTV/security industry (preferred)
