*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a motivated BDE to onboard new properties across Tamil Nadu. The role involves traveling, meeting property owners, and closing collaboration deals for hotels, resorts, villas, and serviced apartments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Travel across Tamil Nadu to identify, meet, and onboard new properties (hotels, resorts, villas, serviced apartments).

Pitch the company’s offerings clearly and confidently to property owners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property partners.

Negotiate terms and close collaborations as per company guidelines.

Collect property details, documents, photos, and onboarding requirements.

Achieve monthly property acquisition targets.

Submit daily and weekly field activity reports.

*Requirements:*

Minimum 6 months experience in sales/business development (field sales preferred).

Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Ability to handle field challenges and work independently.
