• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, developers, and channel partners.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Requirements:1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, construction, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu and nearby regions for client meetings.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Location: Tamil Nadu (Travel Required)Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
