Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our network by onboarding delivery partners, suppliers, and customers. The role focuses on field and strategic efforts to grow the platform’s ecosystem and ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Partner Acquisition

• Identify and onboard delivery partners (bike, auto, pickup, truck owners).
• Explain platform benefits, earnings structure, and onboarding process.
• Ensure proper documentation and activation of partners.
• Maintain relationships to improve retention and performance.

2. Supplier Onboarding

• Identify potential suppliers/vendors relevant to the platform.
• Pitch platform services and onboard them successfully.
• Ensure product/service listing accuracy and availability.
• Build long-term partnerships for consistent supply.

3. Customer Acquisition

• Generate new customers through field visits, direct marketing, and referrals.
• Promote services and convert leads into active users.
• Collaborate with marketing campaigns to drive growth.
• Maintain customer relationships to increase repeat usage.

Requirements:

• RequirementsAny degree or diploma.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (preferred).
• Required Two Wheeler with Driving License.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work full time in field and travel locally.
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
