Business Development Executive (BDE)

Skills Required Must-have

• Strong spoken Tamil (mandatory)
• Good English for Corporate Client communication, CRM, WhatsApp, and emails
• Confidence in phone-based selling or visiting the client in their office
• Ability to explain pricing clearly and handle objections
• Closing mindset: asks for the sale, doesn’t wait

Good-to-have

• Prior experience selling services, subscriptions, or packages (₹15k–₹100k range)
• Familiarity with CRM tools or call dialers
• Experience dealing with small business owners / SMEs 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call assigned leads and understand customer requirements
• Pitch company services/packages clearly based on customer needs
• Follow structured sales scripts and objection-handling flows
• Close deals and collect confirmations/payments
• Maintain accurate updates in CRM for every interaction
• Follow up consistently on interested and warm leads
• Achieve the monthly revenue target
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Adhere to call quality, compliance, and reporting standards
