Job Description
Inventaa is a growing LED lighting brand. We are looking for an experienced telesales executive who can handle ecommerce leads and customer calls.
Job Role:
- Call and convert incoming leads (Website, Amazon, WhatsApp)
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation
- Share quotations for bulk/project inquiries
- Handle warranty & basic customer complaints
- Maintain lead records in Excel
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in telesales
- Comfortable making 40–60 calls per day
- Good communication in Hindi & basic English
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer & Excel knowledge
