Job Description:

Xindo Window Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in UPVC / Modular products. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, generating leads, and supporting business growth through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote UPVC doors, windows, and modular products in assigned areas

Identify potential customers, architects, builders, and contractors

Conduct site visits, market surveys, and product presentations

Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales

Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients

Coordinate with sales and technical teams for project execution

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–5 years experience in marketing (UPVC/Construction/Modular preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong field marketing and customer handling ability

Knowledge of local market and customer behavior

Benefits & Allowances:

Competitive salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Travel Allowance: ₹200 per day for up to 60 km
