Position: Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Salary Package: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Variable Incentives

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into customers, and contributing to revenue growth through IT services and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions

* Conduct presentations, negotiations, and deal closures

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth onboarding

* Maintain accurate sales data and reports using CRM tools

* Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments


Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development

* Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Software, and Digital Marketing

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Strong client-handling and relationship management skills

* Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset
