Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Google Project

Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) for the Google Project. The role primarily involves visiting assigned merchants and shops to ensure active engagement, activation, and continued usage of Google Pay QR services. Candidates with prior experience in Fintech, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, or field sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned merchants and retail shops daily for Google Pay QR revisit activities.
• Work on company-assigned leads; no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Educate merchants about the benefits and features of Google Pay services.
• Ensure merchant activation, usage, and retention.
• Complete a minimum of 15 valid merchant revisit tasks per day.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update visit details in the provided system/app.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants for long-term engagement.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, or Field Sales is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Basic smartphone handling and app-usage knowledge required.
