Role: Business Development Operations Executive (Male)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Staffing / Manpower / B2B Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development team with proposals, quotes, and documentation
- Maintain CRM, track leads, deals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales, recruitment, and finance teams
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analysis
- Manage contracts, agreements, and onboarding formalities
- Ensure smooth execution of BD processes and timelines
