Key Responsibilities Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical institutions.
• Build partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing hospital partners and referral sources.
• Regularly visit hospitals and healthcare facilities to generate patient referrals.

Lead Generation

• Generate leads for home healthcare services such as nurses, caretakers, and physiotherapy.
• Convert leads into service bookings.

Marketing & Promotion

• Promote Carefirst services through field visits, presentations, and networking.
• Conduct awareness activities in hospitals and healthcare centers.

Coordination

• Coordinate with the operations and recruitment team for service deployment.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of patients and clients.

Reporting

• Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with hospitals and doctors
• Field sales / marketing experience preferred
• Good networking ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• QualificationAny Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience1 – 3 years in Healthcare / Pharma / Hospital Marketing / Home Healthcare

Salary₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
