Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The job involves calling customers, finding new leads, building good relationships, and selling our training services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Call potential customers and explain our training services.

* Convert them into clients.

* Follow up with interested candidates and clients regularly.

* Maintain good relationships with clients.

* Answer client queries politely and clearly.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Submit basic sales reports to the team.

Requirements:

* Fluency in Tamil (mandatory), Good and Basic English.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
