Position : Executive – Business Development
Company : PhonePe Ltd
Location : Chennai (Field Sales)
Role Overview :
The Executive – Business Development is responsible for expanding the PhonePe merchant network by onboarding new shops and businesses. The role involves promoting digital payment solutions such as QR codes and POS devices, helping merchants adopt cashless transactions, and providing support to ensure smooth payment operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach potential merchants in assigned areas.
Onboard new merchants onto the PhonePe platform.
Install QR codes and POS devices at merchant locations.
Educate merchants about digital payments and PhonePe services.
Resolve merchant issues related to payments or devices.
Maintain regular visits and relationships with merchants.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility :
12th Pass / Any Degree
Basic communication skills
Interest in sales and field work
Salary & Benefits :
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Earnings: Up to ₹50,000 with incentives
Allowance: ₹4,000+
