Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the furniture and interior solutions segment. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with industry professionals and driving consistent lead generation.


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development (Furniture Segment)


  • Identify and connect with interior designers, architects, builders, and hotel owners
  • Generate enquiries for furniture requirements across residential and commercial projects
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Build long-term professional relationships for repeat business


2. Lead Generation (Interior Segment Expansion)


  • Coordinate with builders and their sales teams to tap into new project leads
  • Generate interior design enquiries from end clients through builder networks
  • Actively track project pipelines and identify opportunities early


3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth


  • Drive the complete sales cycle: from first contact to closure
  • Work closely with the internal design and execution team
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and high conversion ratios


4. Market Networking


  • Attend site visits, project meetings, and networking events
  • Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming projects in the market
  • Build a strong referral network within the industry


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or construction industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable with field work, client meetings, and follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of interiors/furniture will be an added advantage
