Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the expansion of Arctic Tern Wealth Management Consultancy.

The candidate will work closely with the Founder & CEO and play a key role in scaling the organization.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and digital platforms.

Support client acquisition activities including presentations, consultations, and follow-ups.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding and ensure smooth service initiation.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to improve retention and referrals.

Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.

Track sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance metrics.

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Maintain and update CRM, client databases, and business reports.

Support daily business operations and execution activities.

Work closely with the Founder to implement growth strategies and expansion initiatives.

Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Prepare periodic business performance and progress reports.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
