Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in sales within the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and exposure to manufacturing clients in Chennai and a proven track record of business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

> Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the manufacturing sector for staffing and recruitment services.

> Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing manufacturing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.

> Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

> Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the Chennai market.

> Negotiation & Closure: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize agreements with clients.

> Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met within deadlines.

> Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client updates for management review.

Key Requirements:

> Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on manufacturing clients.

> Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing sector hiring trends, workforce requirements, and staffing challenges.

> Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.

> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
