Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in commercial, industrial, and high-value construction projects (₹2 Cr+). The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing profitable projects.1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue high-value projects (Commercial buildings, Factories, Warehouses, PEB structures)
- Generate leads through architects, consultants, contractors, and direct clients
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with:
- Architects & Consultants
- Industrial Clients
- Real Estate Developers
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- 3. Project AcquisitionUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with technical team for proposals
- Prepare and present commercial proposals & quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- 4. Market Research & StrategyTrack market trends in industrial & commercial construction
- Identify competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Explore new business opportunities (PEB, turnkey, interiors, etc.)
- 5. Coordination & Execution SupportWork closely with:
- Project Managers
- Estimation Team
- Procurement Team
- Ensure smooth project handover after closure
