Business Development Manager (BDM)

Prepare and present technical–commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations

Proven experience in team handling, including guiding, motivating, and monitoring sales or business development teams

Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects

Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting with decision-makers

Experience in solar industry (Solar EPC, rooftop solar, utility-scale solar, or related renewable energy projects) is highly preferred

Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Existing network with corporate clients, EPC contractors, consultants, or developers will be an added advantage

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Participate in client meetings, site visits, and business review discussions

Maintain CRM data and prepare regular sales and performance reports
