Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Chennai. The key responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts. The role requires strategic planning, creating business growth strategies, and proactively identifying and attracting potential clients. The selected candidate will also collaborate closely with other teams to meet business targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Strong skills in Business growth strategies and client relationship management.
• Effective Communication capabilities, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction in long-term relationships.
• Problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and collaborative skills are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the HR services or staffing industry is a plus.
