Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing marketing associates/BDMs, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field work, referrals, and marketing activities
• Recruit, train, and manage marketers/BDMs
• Conduct client meetings and project presentations
• Coordinate and handle site visits with prospects
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Follow up on leads and convert them into bookings
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Good leadership and team handling ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
• MS Office and CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Field sales experience is a plus
