• Oversee and drive business growth through strategic deal closures and effective team supervision.

Ensure effective handling, follow-up, and conversion of all leads across regions

• Identify and take action on underperforming and vacant territories to improve coverage and performance.

• Act as a key escalation point for resolving issues during the lifting and agreement process across assigned zones.
