Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the Staffing & Skill Development industry at Randeons Engineering & Services in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting staffing and skill development services.

• Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including job specification, term negotiations and execution as well as Contract/SLA execution
• Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels and generate effective requisitions for contract, contract to hire positions and thus drive revenues.
• Additionally experience in working for Skills Development such as NSDC/NEEM/NAPS, etc.
