Role Objective

The Business Development Executive/ Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating staffing requirements, and expanding the company’s client base to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Sales Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment, staffing, and HR services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, job portals, and personal networks
  • Fix meetings with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and decision makers
  • Present company services and explain staffing solutions

Business Development

  • Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable HR solutions
  • Generate recruitment mandates and staffing contracts
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Client Management

  • Coordinate with internal recruiters to fulfill client requirements
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, closures, and payments
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Market Research

  • Identify new industries and companies for business expansion
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Target Deliverables

  • Acquire minimum 3–5 new clients per month
  • Generate consistent recruitment and staffing requirements
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or HR consultancy business development preferred
  • Ability to generate leads independently
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented


Preferred Experience


  • 2 to 6 years experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Experience in HR Consultancy / Recruitment / Staffing industry preferred
  • Existing client network is an added advantage
  • QualificationAny Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Sales or HR background preferred


Salary & Benefits


  • Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
