👤 Role: Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for building and managing a team of Insurance Advisors and helping them sell life insurance policies in the market.

👥 Team Profile:

* Advisors are off-roll and work on commission basis only

* They earn income based on policies they sell

* They can be housewives, teachers, business owners, working professionals, etc.

* You will recruit, train, guide, and support them

Required Candidate profile-

Experience : Must 2 YR of Any Sale / Banking / Finance / Insurance-

Graduation is mandatory-

Good Communication skills-

Candidate Must be Local-
