Job Title: Business Development and Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson to help clients buy properties. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, site visits, and networking
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Conduct property site visits and presentations
• Negotiate prices and close deals successfully
• Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (real estate preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Basic knowledge of local real estate market
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Compensation

• Fixed salary + attractive incentives/commission
