Job Type: Field Sales (Chennai Region Only)
💼 Position Overview-We are urgently looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to expand our presence in the waterproofing chemicals market. Candidates with a civil background or existing industry contacts will be preferred.
You will work on existing leads initially, visit sites, generate new leads, and convert them into successful business.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 Incentives: Up to ₹5,000

🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/Business Development
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Must have a Two-wheeler Driving License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Chennai region experience preferred
- Civil/Construction background preferred
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in waterproofing chemicals
- Work on provided leads during the initial phase
- Conduct field visits, generate new leads, and convert them to sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
