Job Description
Role Overview (Read Carefully)
We are looking for a hands-on sales professional who can travel across India, meet dealers, hobbyists, farm owners, architects, and pond builders to generate orders, follow up payments, and build long-term business relationships.
This role is 60% field work + 40% online & calling.
This is NOT an office-only job.
Key Responsibilities
📞 Online & Calling Sales
- Call and follow up with:
- Existing clients
- Dealers
- New leads
- Explain:
- Koi fish
- Pond filtration systems (RDF, filters, media)
- Tanks, accessories & farm solutions
- Regular follow-up for:
- Orders
- Payments
- Dispatch coordination
- Maintain professional communication (no casual or careless talk)
🚗 Field Sales & Travel (Core Duty)
- Travel across India to:
- Visit aquarium shops & dealers
- Meet serious koi hobbyists
- Introduce KoifishIndia products
- Conduct product explanations & demos
- Build dealer network city-by-city
- Attend exhibitions, farm visits, client meetings when required
⚠️ Must be comfortable with frequent travel (train / bus / flight).
💰 Sales Closure & Collections
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Ensure payment follow-up (very important)
- Incentives based on collections, not just orders
- Coordinate with office/farm team for delivery schedules
📋 Reporting
- Daily update to owner:
- Calls made
- Visits completed
- Orders closed
- Payments collected
- Weekly travel & sales report
Who We Are Looking For
- Must-Have
- 1–4 years experience in:
- Field sales / B2B sales / dealer network
- Comfortable talking to:
- Dealers
- Business owners
- Hobbyists
- Willing to travel pan-India
- Strong communication in:
- English
- Hindi
- (Tamil / regional languages is a plus)
- Honest, disciplined, result-oriented
Preferred (Big Advantage)Experience in:
- Aquarium / fish / pond / agri / technical products
- Ability to explain technical products clearly
- Basic WhatsApp, Excel, Google Docs usage

Salary & Incentives
- 💵 Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
