Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization using Kinaxis as the primary skill. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis and design/re-design of business processes for a specific business function using Kinaxis as the primary skill. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define parts of an organization and improve performance for a function end to end. - Provide subject matter expertise in Kinaxis to support the implementation of activities for a specific business function. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Kinaxis and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on organizational performance. - Experience with data visualization tools. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Kinaxis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology consulting, business administration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
