Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes align with organizational goals. You will also participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of new technologies and processes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through well-structured documentation and process design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and technology implementations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience with process mapping and business process modeling techniques. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
