Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness, and ensuring that the workflows align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for designing continuous monitoring systems and feedback mechanisms to refine processes over time, ensuring that they remain effective and efficient in meeting organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
