We’re looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Sales Associate with 5+ years of experience to help us scale revenue, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B & B2C sales and consistently achieve revenue targets

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to boost sales performance

Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance using CRM tools

Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Experience in lead generation, account management & closures

Strategic, target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
