Cab Driver

• An office cab driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting company staff, clients, and sometimes materials to various destinations while maintaining professionalism and the vehicle's condition. This role often involves administrative support duties as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely and punctually transport employees, clients, and/or documents to their destinations (e.g., offices, airports, meetings).
• Route Planning: Plan routes to avoid traffic congestion and road closures using knowledge of local areas and navigation tools (GPS/maps).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and fueled. This includes performing regular checks (tires, oil, brakes) and arranging for necessary repairs or servicing.
• Customer Service: Greet passengers professionally, assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant ride experience.
• Log Keeping: Maintain an accurate logbook of all journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
• Administrative Support: May be required to perform additional office duties, such as distributing mail, paying utility bills, running errands, or assisting with photocopying and scanning. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and local traffic laws.
• Navigation Skills: Familiarity with the local area and proficiency in using GPS and navigation apps.
• Professionalism: A polite and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
